HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Select 'Sign In' at the top right of your website or click on 'My Account' in the Princess Polly app. Enter the email address you use at checkout and you'll be emailed a code to sign in. No password needed!. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in

If you're located in the UK or Europe, we recommend downloading the Princess Polly UK app for local shipping and returns.
CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS BETWEEN THE AU, UK AND US STORES?
When reaching out, please provide the email for your US/AU account and the email associated with your UK account.
