Select 'Sign In' at the top right of your website or click on 'My Account' in the Princess Polly app. 

Enter the email address you use at checkout and you'll be emailed a code to sign in. No password needed! 

Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case the email landed there by mistake and if you're using our app, double check you've downloaded the Princess Polly UK app.
