Instant exchanges  

Instant exchanges are processed right away.

UK: The new exchange order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 9 PM UK Time Mon-Fri. 

EU: The new exchange order will be dispatched the following business day.

Standard exchanges 

Standard exchanges are processed once the return package is in transit back to Princess Polly. 

All other returns are processed within 1-2 business days of the return being delivered to Princess Polly. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing during peak sales periods.
