Promo codes cannot be redeemed on an exchange. Instead, when opting for a product exchange, you are able to shop right away with bonus credit valued at the pre-discounted amount of your original purchase, plus an additional $5 bonus credit on us!

For example, a dress valued at $100 with a 25% discount code was purchased for $75. If returning the dress and booking a product exchange, $105 will be available to shop with. This includes the dress's original value of $100, plus the additional $5 on us.

Bonus credit is non-refundable and must be used in the same product exchange at the time of booking the return. Bonus credit will only be provided if a discount code was used on the product at the time of purchase.
