CAN I RETURN WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING?Updated 25 days ago

We will accept items for return without the product bag as long as all items are unworn, unwashed, have tags attached and are in otherwise original condition. 

Please note, this excludes shoes, which must be returned in their original shoe box. 

You can reuse the Princess Polly satchel to return your items. Be sure to cover the original shipping label with the return label. 

If you no longer have your original Princess Polly satchel, you can use any similar bag, box or satchel you have at home or purchase a blank satchel at your local post office.
