CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND VIA CLEARPAY, KLARNA, OR SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS?Updated 15 days ago

Yes! All standard refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

We recommend logging into your Clearpay, Klarna, or Shop Pay Installment account to view the final plan adjustments. 

Please note that any interest paid towards the installments is non-refundable.

Clearpay: 

If your Clearpay plan is still being paid off, it will be adjusted from the final installments in reverse, so no refund will be issued if you have outstanding installments.

If your plan was paid in full, a refund will be issued by Clearpay within 2-10 business days of your return being processed at our warehouse.

Klarna: 

If your Klarna plan is still being paid off, the refund will be evenly distributed across your remaining installments.

If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by Klarna within 2-5 business days of your return being processed at our warehouse.

Shop Pay: 

If your Shop Pay Installment plan is still being paid off, the refund will be evenly distributed across your remaining installments.

If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by Shop Pay within 3-10 business days of your return being processed at our warehouse.
