CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT & GIFT CARD CODES?
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including sale items. You're welcome to use multiple gift cards in a single order, in addition to redeeming a discount code. To do so, enter each code separately at checkout.

We only accept one payment method at checkout in addition to applicable gift cards.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY GIFT CARD?
Your e-gift card will be sent via email once processed. Be sure to check any junk folders just in case it has landed in there, and search for the subject: Your Princess Polly UK gift card is here!
CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ON THE AU & US SITE?
Princess Polly gift cards are region-specific and can only be used on the respective website. If you'd like to transfer the gift card to a different region, please reach out to our team here.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card here. The gift card will be emailed to you immediately after purchase and can be forwarded to any recipient.
CAN I CHECK OUT WITH MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
Yes! Customers can pay with their local currency by updating their currency preference at the top of the website. Any refund returns will be issued in the currency used at checkout, and gift card returns will be issued in GBP.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY PRINCESS POLLY GIFT CARD?
The gift card code is 16 digits long, containing a mixture of numbers and letters. This is different from your order number, which starts with LCG or UK. We recommend copying & pasting this directly at checkout, ensuring there are no spaces. Still ha
